BYU is the proud host of the United States National Amateur Dancesport Championships, the most prestigious amateur ballroom dance competition in the country. Thousands of spectators attend each year to enjoy top-level performances from dancers of all ages and skill levels. Competitors travel from across the nation to vie for national titles in Latin, Ballroom, Rhythm, Smooth, and Cabaret divisions. Judged by a panel of esteemed national adjudicators, this event also serves as the culminating experience for BYU students enrolled in ballroom dance classes during winter semester.
