Principal harpist of the LA Philharmonic Emmanuel Ceysson brings his “virtually flawless” technique (Washington Post) to BYU. Born and raised in France, Ceysson has collected several distinctions and prizes, from the gold medal at the 2004 USA International Harp Competition to first prize at the 2009 ARD International Music Competition. This solo recital will feature the prodigious musicianship that Ceysson has presented in prestigious venues around the world, including Carnegie Hall’s Zankel Hall and Wiener Konzerthaus, now performed in BYU’s Recital Hall.
